Said Yusuf Mohamed
15+ years of progressive experience in executive leadership and program management across national and international organizations.
Said leads Datashiil with deep expertise in strategic leadership, program design, MEAL, stakeholder engagement, and institutional capacity building. Under his leadership, Datashiil has grown into a trusted partner for major institutional clients including CARE International, DT Global / USAID, and the Federal Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education of Somalia.

Experience

Ahmed M. Warsame
Experience
8+ years of field experience in impact assessment design and management, baseline/midline/endline studies, needs assessments, and participatory research methods.
Qualifications
MSc International Development; Certificate in Research Methods (London School of Economics); expertise in mixed-methods research and lessons-learned documentation.
Dr. Abdinasir Hersi
Experience
12+ years of Somalia education sector leadership. Expertise in EMIS design and deployment, school-level monitoring, ABE programming, education policy, and ICT in education strategy.
Qualifications
PhD Education Policy; MSc Educational Technology. Specialist in out-of-school children’s data, education sector data management.
Nasteho Hassan Geelle
Experience
5+ years in governance, accountability, and institutional monitoring across Somalia. Leads public sector reform evaluations and AAP (Accountability to Affected Populations) processes.
Qualifications
MA Monitoring & Evaluation (Jamhuriya University); BA Public Administration; Post-graduate Diploma in Security Institutions Management.
Irshad Idiris Aden
Experience
5+ years in EMIS systems, examination supervision, and field monitoring across Banadir and Jubbaland. Supervises enumerator teams and conflict-sensitive monitoring.
Qualifications
BA of Public Health (Salaam University); BA Public Administration (Hamar University); Diploma in Education. Certified in Power BI, SPSS, EMIS data management.
